Welcome to the myBlueChipRentals FREE online reservation information page.
myBlueChipRentals is pleased to offer a completely free online reservations service to the owners of vacation rentals. The service includes the following and can be linked to from ANY website YOU choose:
1. A property pricing definition facility where you enter pricing rules for your property. These rules are shown graphically on a calendar page during rule creation (to you) and during the online reservation process (to prospective renters).
2. A property calendar showing pricing for various time periods based on your pricing rules and overlaid with reserved periods based on your blackouts and other reservations.
3. The ability for a vacationer to select his start date and then be shown prices for various end dates.
4. The ability for a vacationer to then select his end date and then be shown a summary page of the price and dates for his vacation.
5. The ability for a vacationer to create a PRELIMINARY RESERVATION based on these dates at this price.
6. The ability for you to CONFIRM or CANCEL this reservation and then track the reservation through contracts, payment, post vacation cleaning and deposit return.
This service is completely FREE, aka your rentors.org calendar, but includes much more functionality for you as the owner. No more messy static calendars. So what's the catch? Well the catch is that you have to set up and maintain your vacation rental to be included as a FREE listing on our myBlueChipRentals.com website. Please see below for the steps involved in setting up your online reservations service and how to get started.
The whole signup process normally takes about 5 minutes assuming you know what to say about your property and have a simple pricing structure. If you have a more complicated pricing structure please read out how-to-guide or email our support department for help. Please press the continue button to continue to the first step.
The signup process consists of four steps:
Step 1:
You will be asked to enter data allowing you to identify yourself to BCR during login and allowing prospective renters to contact you. This will include a primary email address, which will be used as your username, a password, and address data.
Step 2:
You will be asked to enter data about the property you want to list. This will include the number of bedrooms, layout etc. This data is used by vacationers to search for prospective properties, and is displayed on the listing page.
Step 3:
You will be asked to enter pricing data for your property.
Step 4:
You will be shown a graphical WYSIWYG page of your listing and asked to fill in more descriptive data and upload some photos. Don't worry, if you do not have photos you can add them later. You may also send your photos to us and have us upload them.
Step 5:
Once your listing is active copy the link that appears at the bottom of the listing maintenance page in your owner portal to your other listings.
That's it. No credit cards or other financial information needed. Just click the continue button to get started.
