All About Our Limited Time Free Services Offer

myBlueChipRentals offers services that automate the workflow of a vacation rental transaction between an agency, owner and a vacationer.

Our Free services offer applies to the LIFETIME of your membership on the myBlueChipRentals system, not just for one or two years. As such BlueChipRentals® will waive all charges for the following services:

  1. Property Data Maintenance.
  2. Integration Of Search and Listing Data on YOUR website.
  3. Data Maintenance of your contact data.
  4. Inquiry Management.
  5. Our Online Reservation Faciltiy
  6. Linkable Real-Time Calendar
  7. Listing of your property on the myBlueChipRentals website and an entry in our search results page when searches that match criteria related to the property are run.

You will still be liable for fees associated with the following OPTIONAL services should you choose to use them:

  1. Payment processing services where we collect payments from rentors on your behalf. This also includes use of our accounts receivables and payables package detailing income and expense for your properties (a fee of 5% of all monies collected on your behalf is charged for this service with a minimum fee of $25 per year). You must specifically sign-up for this service. Please click here for details of this service.
  2. Our accounts pages showing income and expense on your properties.
  3. Other premium services that may be introduced e.g. priority listing services (i.e. enhanced search results entries or priority placement in search results lists).

ANY CHANGES IN FEES WILL BE REFLECTED ON THIS PAGE AND ON THE FEE PAYMENT SCREENS DURING THE RENEWAL OF THESE SERVICES SO PLEASE CHECK HERE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATED FEE SCHEDULES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR PRICING POLICY AT ANY TIME BY GIVING 30 DAYS NOTICE OF ANY CHANGE IN POLICY. ANY CHANGE IN POLICY WILL BE EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE OWNERS PROFILE. ANY OWNERS NO LONGER ADHERING TO THE POLICY WILL HAVE THEIR VACATION LISTINGS REMOVED AFTER 60 DAYS.
