Guide To FREE Online Reservations In The BCR System

The BCR system contains a facility to allow prospective renters to price and reserve a vacation for a property online using pricing rules set-up by the lister, and an internal property calendar that contains bookings for the property.

Any reservation created through the FREE online reservation facility is considered a PRELIMINARY reservation until confirmed by the person who listed the property (the lister). Once the lister checks and confirms the reservation the renter will receive a message stating that the reservation is now confirmed. Please note that the lister is under no obligation to confirm the reservation and may not do so if there is an error in the pricing or the dates or the booking. Therefore BCR suggests that the renter refrain from making any other arrangements regarding their vacation until the lister has confirmed the reservation.

BCR also suggests that the renter and the lister further specify the expectations of the rental in some kind of rental contract. Most listers require this and many standard forms may be found at local stationary supply stores.
