Please bear in mind the follow when searching for properties:

• You may use the map to set a location to search arround.
• To search by STATE drag the location marker to the state and make sure the Search Radius field is set to 'State' (it is automatically set to State the first time you drag the marker).
• To search arround a specific location drag the locaion marker to that location AND select a search radius in miles. This will search for all properties within the given search radius of this location.
• To disable any location reference in a search set the Search Radius to 'Whole Country'.
• To search arround Ski Area or Theme Parc locations select the relevant checkbox to display the attraction markers, then either place the location marker near the required attraction, or select the attraction from the list that appears below the checkboxes.
• Selecting the attraction pans to that attraction, sets it as the search location, changes the search radius to 50 miles (only if it was not previously set, otherwise it leaves it unchanged), and displays the attraction text above the attration marker.
• You may also delimit searches by using the other search criteria at the bottem of the screen.
• The check-in/out date fields will delimit properties to those using an external calendar (in which case these fields are not used) or an internal calendar where the is no confirmed rental during this period.
• The Near-Ski, Near-Beach, Pool and Hottub fields become less restrictive as you go down the list. i.e. Beach-Front will only return beachfront properties, whereas Walk-To-Beach returns Beach-Front and Walk-To-Beach properties. Note that these designations are given by the property owner or listing agent so it is always worth checking the location of the property using the map-it functions in the listings.
